AI training for fashion brands and agencies.

Hands-on workshops for PR, communications, casting, talent, production, and creative teams.

Your people understand the clients, the deadlines, and the standards their work has to meet. I help them understand where AI can make that work easier and how to use it effectively.

Each workshop is shaped around your team's responsibilities, experience levels, and the tools already available to them. We work through practical examples from their day-to-day work, so they can begin applying what they've learned.

Start with the work your team wishes took less time.

These examples only scratch the surface of what's possible. Sometimes it's a morning briefing that makes the day's priorities clear. Other times it's pulling together years of campaign results, developing a major proposal, or managing projects with dozens of moving parts.

Every business has its own challenges and ways of working. We start with yours, exploring where AI can make an immediate difference and where there may be opportunities to build something more substantial.

PR, communications & marketing

Everyday tasks

Start the morning with a briefing of urgent client requests, press coverage, outstanding follow-ups, upcoming deadlines, and pending approvals. Turn meeting notes into client updates, organize media outreach, or prepare first drafts of campaign communications.

Bigger opportunities

Bring years of campaign results, media coverage, and reporting together to compare performance season after season, identify patterns, and prepare client presentations without having to piece everything together manually. Develop new-business proposals, pitch decks, campaign plans, and competitive research using existing company information and approved materials.

Casting and talent teams

Everyday tasks

Organize talent availability, holds, booking changes, and client confirmations into clear updates. Prepare casting briefs and shortlists using approved information.

Bigger opportunities

Explore a personal travel concierge that keeps itineraries, flights, hotels, call times, and last-minute changes organized in one place, or build casting presentations without repeatedly assembling the same information.

Production and project teams

Everyday tasks

Turn production notes, changing schedules, crew updates, and outstanding decisions into a clear daily priority list. Prepare follow-ups so everyone knows what needs their attention.

Bigger opportunities

Develop production proposals and working presentation decks. Explore the knock-on effects of moving a shoot or show date across schedules, crew, travel, suppliers, and budgets, so the team knows what needs to be revisited.

Brand and creative teams

Everyday tasks

Bring research, meeting notes, creative feedback, and outstanding approvals into organized briefs and actionable next steps.

Bigger opportunities

Develop first drafts of creative presentations, campaign proposals, and launch plans from existing materials. Bring information from different departments together while keeping the creative decisions and final approvals with the team.

These are examples of what's possible, not a fixed menu of workshop deliverables.

Some examples can be explored in a workshop with existing AI tools. Other examples, such as a connected travel concierge or automated daily briefing, may require additional implementation and access to company systems.

Training informed by experience inside the industry.

I spent over 20 years in fashion, including as Partner and SVP of Fashion Services at KCD, where I led the department and worked with teams responsible for demanding clients, complex schedules, and high-pressure productions.

I understand why introducing a new way of working isn't simply about teaching people a tool. It needs to make sense for the work they're responsible for, the standards they have to maintain, and the people they work with.

Company-specific training

Built around your team, not a standard set of prompts.

The starting point is your team’s roles, recurring tasks, approved tools, and experience with AI. A beginner and someone already experimenting do not need exactly the same exercise.

Choose the work.

We start with the recurring tasks your people handle and identify which ones are worth exploring with AI.

Practice and review.

We work through realistic examples together, test the results, identify mistakes, and make adjustments. Your people practice asking better questions and evaluating what AI produces.

Agree what happens next.

We identify where AI could fit into existing ways of working, what still requires human approval, and how the team can continue practicing after the workshop.

Training can be booked on its own. You don't need to start with a workflow assessment or an implementation project.

Set clear boundaries for responsible use.

Agree what can go into the tool.

Before using company information, establish what is appropriate to share. Confidential client details, unreleased work, internal plans, and personal information require particular care. Training exercises should work within the company's approved tools and information-sharing boundaries.

Keep people responsible for what comes out.

AI can help organize information, prepare drafts, and explore options. Your people remain responsible for checking accuracy, protecting relationships, maintaining brand standards, and approving the final work.

Judge the training by what changes in the work.

Make it part of the routine.

A useful workshop gives people the confidence to try what they've learned on work they already do. We identify practical next steps and where additional guidance or review may be needed.

Agree how to assess value.

The right measures depend on the work involved. We can look at preparation time, quality of drafts, consistency, confidence, or whether people are continuing to use what they've learned. Any formal follow-up measurement or implementation support can be discussed separately.

Why I recommended training first

Client work / Fashion communications agency

The assessment changed the recommendation.

The agency wanted to identify which AI workflows would be worth building. I reviewed 36 questionnaire responses and interviewed 10 people across departments.

While 75% of respondents were searching multiple places for information before they could act, the conversations revealed something equally important: employees had very different levels of confidence and experience with AI.

I recommended practical, company-specific training before moving into further workflow implementation. Alongside the assessment, I built and delivered a Microsoft Copilot guide and an interactive library of 38 prompts across 8 categories.

The assessment and guide are complete. Workshops remain a recommended next phase; agency-wide adoption and productivity improvements are not yet established.

Questions before getting started

Training is one way to work with me. The right starting point depends on what your team needs.

Do we need training, an AI policy, or a workflow assessment first?

If your people have suitable tools but need help using them, training may be the right place to start. If information-sharing rules are unclear, your IT, security, or legal advisers need to be involved. If the difficulty is how work moves between teams, an assessment may be more useful. I'll help you work out where to begin on the introductory call.

What is the format, and who should attend?

I offer workshops remotely and in person, depending on your team's needs. We'll agree on the format, session length, group size, and preparation together.

Training can be designed for individual departments, cross-functional teams, or leadership groups. I tailor the exercises to the participants' responsibilities and levels of AI experience, so both beginners and more experienced users can get something practical from the session.

Can we use the AI tools we already have?

Yes. I can tailor the training to Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another assistant your team is approved to use. We agree which tools, accounts, and materials are appropriate before using them in exercises.

What support is included after the session?

We agree this before we start. Follow-up could include reviewing selected tasks, answering questions, or supporting internal AI champions. I also offer ongoing adoption support as a separate engagement; it is not automatically included in every workshop.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

The scope depends on the roles involved, the work we focus on, and the preparation and follow-up required. After the introductory call, if there’s a fit, I’ll send a proposal outlining the scope, timing, and fees before you decide whether to proceed.

Who will lead the training?

You’ll work directly with me. I personally lead every engagement.

Where is your team getting stuck?

Tell me what your team is trying to do, which tools you already have, and what is proving difficult. We’ll use the call to work out whether training is the right next step.
